3. The unit begins working immediately.
4. Rinse the unit daily during oil filtration, and perform a deep clean at least once a week. The units are safe to clean in both a cleaning chemical tank and dishwasher.

The EcoFry units are engineered for a lifespan of 3 to 4 years with consistent usage.

It is not recommended that once your oil has surpasses the acceptable contamination threshold to continue to use it. However interestingly, we have demonstrated that even when the oil exhibits pronounced discoloration, utilizing the Eco Fry unit it significantly diminish the unpleasant rancid flavour and improve the colour of the fried food.
